Replying to your request for a reference on Mr French gives me great pleasure. I was first introduced to Mr French in November 2004, when he submitted a bid for the remodelling of our flat. Immediately I was struck by his ability to comprehend, absorb and assimilate the detailed specifications of the job as well as offer constructive suggestions. We awarded the contract to Mr French and the project started shortly thereafter.

During the initial phase, Mr French worked in close collaboration with our architect to produce a detailed budget adn schedule of works. Throughout the duration of the project he provided regular progress reports. The finished works came in within the agreed budget and each phase was completed within the specified timeframe. Mr French also facilitated the interaction with external contractors, who provided flooring, wardrobes, bathroom and kitchen fixtures and fittings. The remodelling of our flat lasted eight months. We were extremely happy with both the quality of the workmanship and the standard of the finish.

I interacted with Mr French on a daily basis and found him not only highly reliable, punctual, efficient and accommodating but also polite. In a flat, one is always conscious of wanting to minimise disruption to other residents and, once again, in this respect Mr French was exemplary. I have no hesitation in recommending Mr French and would definitely engage him on any future construction work.
